My name is Michael Priv. I was born in the Soviet Ukraine, escaped to the USA in 1979. A Civil Engineer by education and a Construction Business Consultant by trade, I am and have been since 1987 an avid student of Eastern philosophies, especially Tao, Buddhism, and Scientology--their modern reincarnation--especially as they apply to everyday problems and could actually be used to help people.

My writings carry the spark of spirituality, the spark of Theta.

What is Theta?

Greek letter Theta (Θ) is the eighth letter of the Greek alphabet, derived from the Phoenician letter Teth. In the system of Greek numerals it has a value of 9, the Eternity. To the Ancient Greeks, just as to the Phoenicians before them, the symbol of Theta stood for that mysterious energy that George Lucas called "The Force" in his Star Wars and that Lao Tze called "Tao" in his Tao Te Ching.

What is Theta?

Theta is energy peculiar to life which acts upon matter in the physical universe and animates it, mobilizes it and changes it. It is a natural creative energy of the spirit manifested in constructive communication, such as art.
